Return & Exchange Policy

We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their shoe rack purchase, which is why we’ve established this clear Return & Exchange Policy to outline the conditions, procedures, and guidelines for returning or exchanging products. This policy applies to all shoe racks purchased from our online store, ensuring a fair and seamless process for both customers and our team.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, shoe racks must be in their original, unused, undamaged, and resalable condition. This means no scratches, dents, or signs of assembly, and all original packaging, hardware components (screws, brackets, tools), and assembly guides must be included and in their original, unopened packaging. Shoe racks that have been assembled, used, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. This includes damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date—requests made after this period will generally not be approved.

Before returning any shoe rack, you must notify us to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. This step is critical to ensuring we can track your return, verify your order details, and process your request efficiently. Returns sent without a valid RA number may experience significant delays, be refused at our warehouse, or require additional processing time. It is your responsibility to package the shoe rack securely for return transit, as shoe racks (especially metal and wooden components) are susceptible to damage during shipping. We strongly recommend using the original packaging, including all foam padding, bubble wrap, and edge protectors, to prevent scratches, dents, or structural damage. For disassembled units, wrap individual components separately and secure all hardware in labeled bags to avoid loss.

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned shoe rack, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return. Our inspection process focuses on three key criteria: (1) the product is in original, unused condition; (2) all packaging and components are included; and (3) the return complies with the 30-day timeframe and RA requirements. If your return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refund processing times vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or card issuer, and may take 3–7 business days to appear in your account. Please note that refund timelines are outside of our control and are subject to your financial institution’s policies.

Shipping costs for returns are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error—such as shipping a defective, damaged, or incorrect shoe rack (e.g., wrong size or model). In such cases, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs after verifying the error with photos or other documentation. Original shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases, unless the entire order is defective or incorrect due to our mistake. For international returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping fees and any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and the same eligibility criteria as returns. Exchanges are only available for unused, unassembled shoe racks returned within the 30-day window with all original components. If the shoe rack you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will offer a full refund to your original payment method or suggest an alternative product of similar value and functionality. We do not accept exchanges due to customer error, such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, miscalculating available space, or misreading product descriptions and dimensions.

Damaged or defective shoe racks must be reported within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement, refund, or free part replacement. We may request clear photos of the damage or defect to verify the issue and determine the best resolution. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, damage from improper assembly or installation, and damage caused by misuse or neglect are not covered under this policy. This includes damage to flooring or other property resulting from improper use or failure to install the anti-tip kit (for tall units).

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy. This includes returns without an RA number, used or assembled products, products missing components or original packaging, and returns initiated after the 30-day window. We reserve the right to update or modify this Return & Exchange Policy at any time, with changes posted on our website with a revised effective date. By initiating a return or exchange, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
